We know you’re looking out for your furry companion. Here at 1400 Main, we are too! Your precious pooch will love the walking trails, Bark Park, and dog washing station. With private outdoor space and pet waste stations, your four-legged friend will feel right at home. Pad over to Yappy Hour and delight your pet with a special treat- on the house! Breed restrictions include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog, or any hybrid or mixed breed of the aforementioned breeds. Pet Policy
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. We are pet-friendly with an aggressive breed restriction. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum adult weight is 65 pounds. Refundable pet fee is $250 and Non-refundable pet fee is $250 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged per pet.
